Nathan was great, our first talk with him was actually the weekend after Christmas and he set up the call despite being out of state visiting family. He made sure we knew what to expect and helped us find the best place in the area and price range that we wanted. He never kept us waiting. Walking through different houses with him was a positive experience, he readily pointed out stuff to be concerned about or positive features of different house, very knowledgeable. He never pushed us in one way or another and answered all our questions too. He walked us through the process and was very insightful in general, I felt confident in the choices made because he was always very clear. Also, towards the end of our escrow period we had a trip out of town planned, we let him know early and everything was good despite the seller moving up the date they wanted to close. Nathan was a great intermediate, clearly helping the seller (and we wanted to help them too given their reasoning for closing early) but also advocating for us and our preplanned vacation. Some stuff ended up more stressful than necessary but Nathan was a great help through it.The home inspector and plumbing inspector he set us up with were both really great too, they were very no nonsense and explained everything in ways we could understand. After we got the keys he also offered a list of recommended vendors for whatever else we might need/want, solar for example. I feel confindent in going back to him for these recommendations too, he has proven to be a great agent who keeps great company with equally talented professionals.

Charleen was fantastic. Our experience was a little unique due to the fact that my wife and I were living in two separate states at the time of trying to buy a house. As busy as Charleen was when we would give notice about a week that my wife was heading into my state Charleen would drop what she was doing to accommodate us. I would definitely work with Charleen again.

Dac did an amazing job of explaining everything to me. As a new home buyer or even home shopper, a lot of things were foreign to me. He made sure we were both comfortable before finalizing any decisions.
