Dona was just awesome! Without skipping a beat, she went home to home taking pictures, videos, asked questions to the owners about our worries. She really was amazing. I feel she went far beyond what I had ever expected to get from a realtor. Every hour of the day, she was there to help us through this process. I am in South Korea and yet it felt like she was next door, ready and willing to head off and explore our next great idea of a home. We are really grateful for all she has done.

Jill usually came to us with problems instead of solutions, the whole home buying experience aside from our lenders was a complete train wreck. The appraiser messed up paperwork, pushing our date back and no one could get ahold of him. The sellers real estate agent messed up the deed and pushed all our plans to the right forcing all our help to not be able to help, we then had to move in the rain as opposed to the nice weather on the day we asked for, had to keep our rental truck for an extra two days, my kids had to sleep on the floor in furniture pads because all their stuff was packed, we had to move in the evening in the dark because we had to wait for the deed to be delivered by mail to get our keys. It has been an awful first time home buying experience

Sam took time, was HONEST AND UP FRONT, which was the best part of working with Sam. I felt like a friend was helping my wife and I through the process.
