David was beyond perfect. His communication was excellent, he showed us homes that were within our request for square footage, location, price and distance to schools and work. He was always available at all times, helped understand the process and steps of buying a home. David even spoke to us about slowing down and not rushing. He let us know that the right house would come along and not to compromise on our non negotiable list. He was 100% correct. My realtor was beyond exceptional. Very informative. She was with us through the entire process. Made herself available for my husband and I, even after hours. Meaning if I called at 9:00pm with a question, she is picking up at 9:00pm answering our question
