The real estate agent could improve service by actually meeting buyers in person (I only met his assistant). At times, I also feel he may have been able to negotiate more effectively on my behalf. He also did not follow up on the appraisal until I brought it to his assistant's attention there may be a misunderstanding about the due date of the 27th, which in turn was actually the 4th of June. He did contact the appraisor at that point to work out a quick response to the confusion.He may also want to consider showing up at the time of signing, as opposed to a telephone call; when we did speak on the phone after I signed the paperwork, he needed to then call the seller to determine when she would have vacated the premises.Overall, I do think the realtor is good at what he does as we closed on the house.

I enjoyed viewing homes with Ms. Linda. She accommodated all requests. Linda possessed professional knowledge with user friendly customer service which assisted me with all property's of interest. Linda assisted, guided and made necessary arrangements to proceed with the closing process. We also took a detour due to several unforeseen frustrating circumstances (ie., pending official document AND COVID19) but with a successful closing. outcome. Mahalo & Alohas

Dusty Kraft did an incredible job helping my wife and me find our first home. The real estate market in my city was very competitive at the time we were looking, but Dusty was very supportive and encouraging throughout the entire process.
