William Davis from ReMax Nexus in Spokane is Awesome. Through the whole process of living in Denver and moving to Spokane he was there for us when it was needed. I'm really thankful for him. If looking for a home in the Spokane area he is your man. He knows the area and neighbor hoods. He also knows Veterans United Home Loans loan process well. He did this during the Covid-19 shut downs.

He was very knowledgeable of the home buying process, housing conditions, neighborhood analysis, structure / safety concerns, appraisal process etc... DAVE is a Jack of all trades, whom is also very administratively sound . He constantly send me reminders and guided me thru this process with a fun and friendly attitude. My real estate agent Tom is great. I have since recommended him to others. I hope they get a chance to work with him. He gets right to the grit of it and you can tell he has been doing this for a while. He follows up with you and he is always an email or text away. He never went missing on me during this process. I was also put in touch with a very nice, funny and personable lawyer. The inspector was also provided by Tom. Tom still follows up with me after the closing. He has followed this process right out to the fingertip. Thanks Tom.

Joseph went above and beyond for me. Even now after closing, he is still in contact helping me tie up things around the home. He was always available, traveled to the home when I couldn’t, and really pushed things forward. He genuinely cares for my best interest and my well being, as well as that if my family. Madison is a great real estate agent. She walked me through the home shopping process and allowed me to see all the homes I was interested in. She gave feedback and expert opinions regarding neighborhoods and potential pros and cons of properties based on my interests.
