Leslie O’Reilly was prompt to respond, found homes in our price range, area of town and for my disabled veteran. She took us around, and after first tour we realized my husband could not do the home finding mission. So she and I went out, found three perfect homes. Then we worked to find #1, and she did! She is pleasant, professional, and has a great transaction coordinator Donna Ferri.
She had never worked with Kris Carmichael before, so they were left in dark as well when Monday January 20 rolled around and that was day we were all notified closing wasn’t happening January 22!
They still persevered and kept all in loop, VU, title company and us,

Sherri Purcell extremely helpful, patient and Diligent . I met Sherri about two years ago and the places I was interested did not come through for many reasons and I asked Sherri if I could stop searching for a place. Then two years later I called Sherri and after searching and visiting many places. I found a house now. Sherri really made the effort in finding a place that was in my price range and stayed involved in the process. I was not alone. Thank you very much Sherri.

Real Estate agent was not helpful in explaining documents or what stuff meant even after repeated requests to do so as we are first time homebuyers. It caused a lot of confusion and unnecessary back and forth.

We were paired with Christina Keller with NextHome Cedar Street Realty in Roseville, CA. Christina is an incredible agent, and not only knows the in’s and out’s of the real estate world but knows people too. She doesn’t view you as just a client and treats you with professional respect but also with compassion and caring on a personal level. There were several times in our home search when we were hit with roadblocks with different homes, but Christina always managed to clear the way. She will be as honest with you as you want her to be, ensuring you don’t settle, but also grounding you and reminding you of your goals. She’s like a coach; guiding you, propping you up if you get discouraged, and encouraging you every step of the way. But unlike a coach, Christina is putting in the hard work so you don’t have to. I would hands down recommend her and her team for their professionalism, knowledge, and dependability.

Ruben Laviaga is the best real estate agent I have ever worked with. Ruben sent me properties to view ever y day until I chose the perfect home. Working with Fred Glick was good. He was very knowledgeable and helped my wife and I to understand the process. He was also always quick to produce the needed documents to make offers and we relied on him for advice on appropriate pricing, etc.
