Byron Schram was the absolute best. 5 mins after meeting him I knew we would be friends even after the purchase. We had similar backgrounds, went to neighboring churches and he truly was the greatest God sent and my absolute favorite part of this entire process. I only was comfortable enough for this For-sale by owner if they would allow him to be the agent. They eventually let him and though he took an extremely low percentage from the seller, he drafted up all the paperwork and did the leg work to get all 8 sellers on board. And for that I am so grateful VU sent him instead of someone else. VU would benefit in giving him as many interested buyers as he would be willing to accept. He certainly deserves it and can make things happen for your company!

My real estate agent was amazing. We talked everday. I could relate to Sandra Linins because her husband was also a retired disable Veteran and my wife enjoyed viewing homes with her. The pair up was a match made in heaven. When she helped us find our dream home she took it from there. She communicated with the seller realtor and made sure everything was they way we wanted it and how it should be done. That lady was awesome. If I ever buy a home again in the future she is my realtor and I would definitely refer her to others when using a VA Loan she knows the ends and outs of the VA Loan process.

Bob was a fantastic agent! From the moment we met it felt like we knew Bob our whole lives. He was always willing to go out of his way to show a house to us, answer the thousand questions I asked, and negotiate for us to close the deal. We are so thankful to have worked with a true professional and fantastic person. Bob was the perfect agent to have, especially as first time home-buyers, and would recommend him to anyone who needs an agent.
