We like our realtor but we found the home on our own and went to see it without her and closed at the attorneys office without her as she had other appointments. We did keep in contact via phone and texts.

Alex Arriaga and Harrison Holmes, were by our side every step of the way.. After 8 mos of will we wont we, we did and closed yesterday.. Patrick Lum is the best realtor I had to work with. He doesn’t push but ensures he finds the right home to the client’s specification. He answers any concerns even on weekends, he ensures repairs are done, and he coordinates well with the Loan officer. He knows the area around Hawaii and he would point out the cons and pros of properties being considered. I bought a house virtually and I am very happy with choice thanks to him and the loan officer
