Our experience with the realtors assigned to us was less than satisfactory. They frequently failed to keep us informed and often rushed us through house viewings, making it difficult to fully assess each property. Additionally, they did not explain crucial details we could have negotiated for during the closing process, which left us feeling unprepared and unsupported. Communication was lacking, and we felt more like an afterthought than valued clients. Overall, their service did not meet our expectations, and we would not recommend them for anyone seeking a thorough and attentive real estate experience.
