He was very personable! Outside of that I was looking and searching for my own homes at times going to look at the homes myself. I was calling him for things he should have been communicating with me about. His communication was horrible. I felt he advocated more for the seller instead of me to get the home closed on to get his commission check and not really focused on my concerns!
