Cathie Richards is a gem and knows real-estate! When I found my home I notified her early that morning that I had to get a showing! By 10am she had me the 1st showing that afternoon and I was under contract before 5pm. Towards the end of my purchase that I had to text her well after normal business hours and she responded right back and had an answer the next morning. Great team player! I could t have done this without her.

I Think that he should have explained the whole process clearly and kept on top of things. And also explained things better. Specially when dealing with the VA requirements. So he can help the first time home buyer. and be at the closing to help us understand what we're signing. We were a little overwhelmed with the process.

Gary Sowell is an incredible man. For years he searched and searched and showed and drew up paperwork time after time in some of the worst rate and value environments we’ve seen. But was always such a good guy to talk to and be around. I truly value his time and friendship. That man is worth his weight in gold. I will definitely be asking for him again if we ever go in another home search but hopefully not for a while. Thank you for helping us find our home.
