Lynn Rice was Excellent, I was first introduced to Lynn by my VU loan officer Kelly Tolster back during covid 2020, she was raised in the area's that I was home searching and very knowledgeable of the different locals and neighborhoods, which I believe is a great asset for a home buyer. After the craziness during covid I decided to hold off to a later date. Fast forward 5 years later I reached out to Kelly and Lynn to start my home search once again.
