Sean lacked strong customer service at a level we were expecting during the closing process. He made a few claims that turned out not to be true during home touring process. My wife had to request updates versus just getting updates automatically. There were tons of admin mistakes that we had to get corrected while placing in offers. He's a nice guy, though, but I wouldn't use him again.
