Vikki was excellent, she took the time to ensure we understood things and really made us feel like she had our best interest at heart. Even when we were about to end the entire deal midway through, she stood by us with understanding and replied, "if you choose to drop it, we will just find you another house". She even got us a housewarming gift. She is the first real estate agent we have dealt with, but I can't imagine that there are many as good as she is to work with.

Dawne was incredible and Veterans United has a VERY great, easy to work with agent. Thank you so much for the referral. I'll write a lengthier review for Dawne on her preferred feedback but hope the relationship with Dawne and VU flourishes in the future. It's nice having an agent working for you all hours and behind the scenes. Obviously I was excited and cared - but very nice knowing she was handling and appeared to care more than me getting me moved in. It helped me focus on other tasks. Extremely knowledgeable on greater Phoenix real estate, the laws, and big help understanding the VA home loan specifically. Can't say enough, she was very good and will bless future veterans going forward. Another huge win was during the negotiations with seller and explaining the necessary repairs that had to be done in order to close. I'm sure you're all aware the seller and title company were not the easiest this time around. 100% recommend!
