I reached out via text to Corinne very late on a Saturday, it was close to midnight but when I saw my dream home I knew I needed to see it. She responded within minutes and added that home to our list of tours. It’s the home I ended up buying and I can’t help but think if I hadn’t toured my future home that day and if Corinne had not replied so quickly / made last minute arrangements.. it could have become someone else’s. I would absolutely recommend her to any future Vet’s in search of their forever home.

He told me what I needed to hear to go forth with the deal. Even though I said I didn't want to do that big of a loan. I asked him to see if a seller would except 350 for a 395 home. He came back and said your approved for 425. So he didn't even try to get the seller down on price but kept hiking up my loan. I did feel like he was trying to get the most out of me and I didn't appreciate that. But if he didn't do what he did I would have missed out on a great home. Even though it was WAY MORE then I wanted. I felt he was after his own interest and not mine. He did get the deal done so I do plan on using him to rent out the upper unit. I just know where I stand with him now
