Russell Harris was helpful in the beginning with sending videos of properties I was interested in but as soon as I put in an offer all he cared about was getting to closing no matter what. He was not advocating well for me and I spent more time arguing with him than I should have. I would not reccomend him.

Stephanie was absolutely amazing. Always kept me up to date and in the loop. She always had my best interest upfront in her process and stood behind every decision I made with no hesitation. This was our first time buying a house, so it was a little difficult to know what was standard or not. There were certainly some concerns that we verified with family friends that are also realtors at one point we are in a house and my fiancé. Said oh this hot water heater is 10 years old and she asked if that was a good thing. We did not know that her commission was negotiable. There really was no negotiation on the house that we bought. Communication was a little confusing but overall, we got the house that we wanted.

She was very knowledgable with everything, and went above and beyond to be there for me and my wife through this process. She was proactive, understanding, respectful, and empathrtic to the stressors of the process. 10/10 would work with her again.

My real estate agent was incredible as well, i worked with Lorene from locals realty, her supervisor (i think) sherry even spent the time to reach out and let me know the low down it was amazing working with them, and again in the future id absolutely love to do business again!!
