Michelle was great in the beginning. Toward the middle, there were several times she was unavailable. The last week that we closed, we found out that she was on vacation, which we wouldn’t have had an issue with at all if that had been communicated to us. Toward the end, I had to reach out and ask for things that I would’ve thought our real estate agent would have lead the way on, such as blue tape walkthrough, and final walkthrough. Trenton stepped up and was very helpful.
