Very little contact. On signing day he finally sent the BBA to the title company so they had to quickly rework the numbers to find out i had to pay more closing costs. He also didn't come to the signing. He had a chance to fix his mistake by taking the loss which he said he would do when we first talked. He said if i need to adjust my fee a little to help i will do that but i think he purposely sent the BBA last minute to force us to sign or walk. He also threw out the sellers medications and lied to their agent saying he didn't. I picked through the trash cans next day with their agent there and found them. He publicly claimed (Facebook) that he negotiated the final cost but the VA appraisal forced the cost of the house. I actually offered more than asking. He said we were demanding when he showed us only 2 homes and his mentee showed us the rest including the one we signed on. Saw him for a total of less than 2 hours. I hope he learns from this. Oh and he referred to me publicly on signing day as a Navy Veteran...I was Air Force...he obviously didn't listen during our initial conversation. He didn't like me publicly giving him criticism because he blocked me. If that's how you do business, people listen more to negative reviews than positive. I used to work sales, word of mouth is best advertising. He couldn't take responsibility for his mistakes, kept blaming everyone else including the title company who at the signing was very understanding of my frustration of coming up with last minute wire transfer that I wasn't expecting.

Buying a home from across the country is tough. Jill was unmeasurable great throughout the process. Erin was excellent she kept in touch got to know us did not pressure us. We were not quite ready to start looking we’re just feeling out what we could afford and trying to decide where to look. She took us to many locations gave insight to community’s and tried to help us narrow our search. We got more and more focused and we finally got it out of the park. This home checked all the boxes we wanted.
