At the end of the day she got the job done, we got into our house, but she was pretty unprofessional and did not relay simple questions we had to the seller. She gossiped to us regarding the sellers real estate agent and that is not my business and is what we hired her to do. We also had some questions regarding our septic system and instead of asking the questions she sent us a YouTube video explaining our system regarding having sprinklers that let out treated sewage water on our property and said we would not have them. We then contacted the sellers ourselves and did in fact have them and had to seek our questions ourselves. She treated us like we were very unintelligent, but we do our research and then ask questions. I would not recommend this agent to another veteran working with your team.
