David Greenberg was good not the best should I say but good he helped us counter offer and get the home we eventually wanted. I did wish he was more attentive with my questions and have more attention to detail when it came to communicating instead of resulting to text message. When it came to giving our deposit to our home, he never relayed the information to who, or what title company would call me. Then last minute we had to rush to the bank to deliver the deposit and do everything last minute. Communication is key and we eventually got what we wanted but there is a way to communicate and that is direct, not texting. He did not hand me my keys when we closed on the house, but resulted to giving me a pin to open a computer lock to receive my keys. He Congratulated me over a text message once we closed and got paid. Other then that decent experience.

Made sure I got the right home. Was very honest about the quality of the homes that they viewed for me. Also, they bought me some starter supplies such as shower curtains, paper towels, and toilet paper which was extremely nice of them.
