Difficult to get information out of. We asked numerous questions and may or may not get a reply. After the offer was made and accepted, we felt as if we were alone and were not kept in the loop. When we made them aware of our concerns we were told that this is how we do it in Arizona. To date there is an outstand item with the garage door, the sellers were to fix and has NOT been accomplished! We don't even know who the sellers realtor is, officially. We have no forwarding address for the seller regarding mail. There just are too many loose ends that should have been taken care if PRIOR to closing!

Great group! Bridget one of the assistants at the office was on top of everything and kept me updated throughout the entire process to include closing. When I had questions or wanted to measure or check things on the property to make sure my horses were safe and secure once they got here, she was ready to set it up and head out!

I don’t blame my loan team for this guy at all, in fact it was brought to my attention that he was as unhelpful with them as he was with me he was very argumentative and also very unhelpful I basically had to negotiate with the other realtor myself through Joe my realtor with little understanding of the process I felt he could’ve helped me a lot more there to where i didn’t get the surprise 2400$ at the end of the process as well as the fact that i brought up I wanted a home buyers warranty from the get go which I didn’t end up with because he said “you just have to do it yourself” never gave me any idea on how i could do that other than saying “you have to call them” after asking for at least the 7th time. I’d recommend you not use him anymore
