It was hard to get a hold of her at times and we had to be a few steps ahead always because she seemed to be behind. That caused additional unneeded stress. There wasn’t really a plan or clear guidance from her part. She had reasons to not be there when we needed her.Paperwork wise, I think everything was fine. It would have helped if she was more proactive and better at negotiating.

Mr Penn was exceptional. He was available anytime I had a question and kept me updated on everything as it was happening. He is very knowledgeable and I believe if I had a different real estate agent I might not have had as great as success as I did with him
