Susan was a joy to work with not only did she guide me through multiple houses and various offers, she explained what to expect throughout the whole process. She is sweet , kind and motherly for someone who is an experienced home buyer to a new homeowner like myself. She helps veterans navigate the VA process and advocates for the buyer in this case and saved me a lot of money ! If I could give her 11 or greater stars I would. She should be the number one choice for VU realtor program .

I have never worked with someone who so very obviously cares about the process, or their customer. Everything was taken care of promptly. I was confident about and well informed on everything that was happening in every step. She made everything joyful when she could have just let things be stressful.
