Overall, it was a decent experience, and she provided some valuable assistance along the way.Tia was knowledgeable about the local market She was responsive to my inquiries and made an effort to accommodate my schedule for viewings, which I appreciated.While there were moments of clear communication, there were also times when I felt that I could have used more detailed information or guidance, especially regarding certain aspects of the negotiation process.In summary, my experience with Tia was satisfactory. She has a solid understanding of the real estate market and with some improvements in understanding disability ratings advantages per the VA she could provide an even better experience for future clients.
