While our agent was personable, my wife and I felt she prioritized a quick sale over our best interests, which had both positive and negative aspects. We also did not receive a final walk-through of the property before closing, an important step to verify the property's condition and ensure all agreed-upon repairs are completed . Additionally, we encountered unexpected HOA fees at closing that we were previously unaware of; proper disclosure of such fees is crucial to avoid last-minute financial surprises. Fortunately, Clinton Dunlap helped lessen this financial burden.​

Simona, is definitely, a top notch agent. Im so grateful I let Brie select my real estate agent. I had to let go of trying to control the process and let Brie handle the selecting. Simona was and still is the best communicator. Her professionalism and happy kind personality was what I needed. Simona was kind and willing to show me listing's even on her off time and we finally landed the precious home in Grants Pass. She did all the work for me and was never pushy. Simona was even gracious to have patience and understanding when I STRESSED OUT.
