In the barest sense of the job it got done. Very lackluster ability to respond to my texts regarding questions I had or important processes of the home buying itself. Gave me a list of inspectors to use and offered to schedule the inspections herself which was really nice of her, I called 2 of them who were busy past the date the inspections needed done so I responded back taking her up on that offer. Didn’t hear anything back until she called a week later saying we needed them scheduled by the end of that week or we wouldn’t make the deadline. Was overall just bad at responding to texts and relaying information to me. Multiple times it would take days to receive a text with multiple texts trying to get a response. Would not recommend

Karina was absolutely horrible. She made the experience extremely stressful and was very unprofessional and rude. When we expressed our concerns about being able to obtain affordable homeowners insurance, she threw legal jargon in our faces and basically told us we would be sued and that we would have to pay for her commission. We reached out to her boss and requested not to work with her anymore. I do not recommend anybody.
