Amy was fantastic. Her energy and enthusiasm were contagious and kept us going through the process. She patiently showed us 10 homes in one weekend! Poor communication, not a buyers advocate, did not search for any homes for us, disappeared on many occasions and went full missing when contract accepted, she did not follow up on repairs that should have been done at property, also had to be reminded to send over the addendum the last day of the option period, and left out a few things requested. Totally disappeared until three days before closing. Overall frustrating experience, no real efforts made on her part and at closing had no idea what either of us did for a living (would she have even known our names if it not were on the documents?). It was not our job to manage the realtor. We were merely a commission check to her and nothing else, she has no real work ethic. Not good at all. I would not recommend to anyone.

Patty Bevere is awesome! She knew this was my first time buying a home and answered all my questions. She put up with my being picky (I don’t like carpet, I have to have 2 bathrooms, I only like gas stoves) and always had a smile.

My realtor was Brian Lattrell from Coldwell Banker DuFord Realty and he is the best! He was supportive and very knowledgeable as to home buying and helping me find the right home for me. He was an ear to listen or speak with when i was unsure about things. He was knowledgeable having worked with Veterans United Home Loans before and could help guide me through the process. Having an agent familiar with the VA home loan process was invaluable in achieving our first new home. Tracy was able to show us just homes that would qualify and also what repairs and items needed to pass for the loan. Tracy was an amazing personality, She is very intelligent and funny and really made this a great experience. Tracy also took the time to explain any questions we had in a calming and respectful manner. She always took our calls and help calm us when we panicked about things we thought were a big deal...but were really just the normal process.
Can not say enough again about her and will always recommend her in the future.
