I don’t know whose role it was but I’ll just post it to both. Communication was poor. It could’ve been better. There was no explanation or whatsoever of what is going on. As a first time homebuyer, no one really explained the process and steps. They just expected us to read what was on the pamphlet. No phone calls nor text messages was given throughout the entire process. I don’t know if this is how it should be but as homebuyers, we expect to be included. provided me more information was my realtor with Team Sousa.
