Lisa was great to work with over this process. She worked hard to get the things fixed on the house before purchasing it and made she we were on track for closing. Lisa helped me find a great new home and was by my side the whole way. She was always there for any questions or concerns I had about anything.. She is still helping me along after the close is over. She cares about people more than just a pay check. I would highly recommend Lisa she truly worked hard to make everything work.

Megan is simply the best. We gave her very little notice of what we were trying to do and she made the viewing and offer happen at no notice. She was on top of the whole process and made it fairly sorry free for me.The Megan/veterans united team was a fantastic one

Seemed like he only wanted to make a sale. Didn’t care about condition. Also, seemed like he tried to hide damage from me.

Would not reccomend agent. Multiple steps in the process that were not transparent enough. First chance at seeing house was the home inspection in which was cut short due to her having to leave and us not being able to stay. Closing cost were not negotiated into purchase, which caused a lot of initial issues. Paperwork was constantly being delayed(partially due to selling agent) however the selling side missed deadlines and our agent did not push. We did not get HOA docs until just over a week prior to closing as an example. A lot of miscommunication throughout the process.

I was told that in his memoirs an entire chapter would be dedicated to me, I can't wait to read it and really I hope the lifetime movie is split up into episodes to tell the whole story.I hate dealing with real estate agents, on my introductory call I said this in detail; well Vito proved to be like no other, very professional, always available and absolutely knowledgeable about the process of a VA home loan.During this process we dealt with a very different breed of person known as "The Fairfield Realtor"; these people could take a lesson or two from Vito. I am truly thankful that Veterans United has a realtor on board like Vito, his guidance was invaluable and I have a new friend now. I can not say thank you enough, for all the hard work you did and what you put up with from the other brokers we met (sheesh).I would recommend Vito to anyone buying or selling a home, you would be foolish if you used any other real estate agent.Hey Vito: don't forget to send me a signed copy of the book when its published.
