Not very helpful. She was a little rough when handling things in our newly built house. Didn't schedule final walk-through until the day before closing. At that final walk-through, I told her about big crack in driveway, she dismissed it as only being 2 inches thick while foundation of house is 4 inches thick. Day after closing, I called her because we weren't given keys to the entry door from garage, she said she'd see what she can find out. It's been four days.
