She was only asked to open 1 door … 10k for 5 minutes is way too much. The owners were actually there and let us in. She provided no real value. Other than she was nice

Melissa was a delight to work with and helped us find the kind of home we where looking for. She always kept us up to date with everything going on and was kind enough to notify us whenever she was going to be out of cell phone service with another customer and when we would be able to reach her again if we had any more questions. She was our amazing boots on the ground for the whole thing as we where out of state for most of the home buying process.

Joanne was wonderful to work with! There's difficulties associated with buying a home in a different state. Despite those difficulties, Joanne went above and beyond by keeping me informed and working as a proxy to get everything needed to close on the home on time and as expected.

Autumn was amazing! Same as Josh she was very communicative. Helped me every step of the way. We had realtors friends before i started this process but i trusted you guys and the team that was gifted to me. Autumn happen to be apart of that and we couldn’t have asked for a better realtor. My real estate agent, Twila Lukavich, and her team from Top Brass, was professional and very helpful throughout the process. Communication was clear, and they worked well with the loan team to keep things moving forward.
