What can I say about Mr. Pircalabu? What a great guy. I knew ZILCH about home purchasing. He was professional, friendly, UBER patient with me, answered all my questions, and gave me great advise. Our buying agent, Debbie Frank was great highly recommended and she is the 10. Our selling agent, Julie Richardson was average at best, she did the minimum required of an agent, she really didn't give advice and her communication was ok. I would give her a 5 or 6 out of 10. Her commission was really high as well (4%).
