Tori was amazing through out the whole process. She kept me informed on everything with the loan process as we progressed. I heard from her hours before i heard from anyone at Veterans United. I would work with her again if i had to buy a new home again.

Bob made it seem like I was making him do extra work, and didn’t have a great attitude upon requests.“Yeah sorry I’m FULLY booked tomorrow; my first appointment is at 9:30am”“Ok, so then why can’t you meet before 9:30am?”He eventually moved his schedule around and fit me in, but he made it seem like I was a burden.The job got done, but every time I had to ask for something, he made me feel guilty.

My agent was/is Terry Kellam i started working with Terry over a year ago ( i live in San Diego, Ca.) we communicated by email text messages and phone calls i explained what i was looking for and Terry provided so many choices to choose from weekly and a lot of times daily. I would often change my requests but Terry was without fail always on my side often suggesting things i hadn't even considered, always professional and very attentive to all of my needs and wants, Thanks Terry

Missed two showing appts so his wife and another realtor showed me homes. He didn’t come to the closing. He didn’t congratulate me. Most realtors give there clients closing gifts. Not saying I needed one but he wasn’t even there to support or congratulate me. Every time he showed me homes I drove my own car. Most realtors let you ride with them. Would not recommend this realtor.
