Our Agent had to be micro managed by me and for what they get paid the buyer shouldn’t have to keep on the agent to get stuff done. We closed a week ago and I still haven’t received any of the signed paperwork from her, luckily I kept copies myself for this exact reason. I also feel that if an agent doesn’t truly know the facts about a topic as important as radon they shouldn’t speak as if they do.
