Our agent was very disconnected and getting information sometimes took some effort. We didn’t feel like she was using all resources, like social media, to the fullest extent. We felt like we were doing all of our own advertising. We found issues in the inspection for our new home, but the realtor never brought our request to have one major issue repaired, to the seller. Later she said it was too late to bring it up. She is making it right, by paying for the repairs herself. Luckily our house did sell in time to purchase the home we were looking at.
