Mrs. Erin Kopke was the true "on the ground face" of Veterans United in her position as real estate agent from Feb-Apr 2025. Erin was extremely helpful, open, transparent, and reliable through the whole process, and left an impression of "really caring" about me, my journey to buying a house, and understanding my needs from the very first house I looked at (advocates for buyer, nothing forced, buyer makes choice and decision). Erin was extremely knowledgeable about the local market and made the whole process feel effortless. Erin was on top (professional) of every detail, from the initial home searches to the final home closing. She guided (patient) me through each step, making sure I understood everything. Erin provided exceptional in-depth service, was always punctual, and was incredibly responsive to my queries whether in the form of touring houses physically (2), on FaceTime (2), texts, or telephone communication (numerous).
