VA Home Loans recommended our agent Ceci and let me tell you... she is by far one of the most amazing agents, people, and friend! She was never pushy... my husband and I were purchasing in a different state and she was so helpful with driving us around and being SUPER responsive. Ceci is such an amazing agent and person! There aren't enough great things to say about Zoe Gulick. She always had time for a question or a showing, she was always hopeful that the right home was out there(she was right!). Her consistency made an otherwise potentially overwhelming process very easy and straightforward. I am in her debt!

She lied to me about a home that was available and I was supposed to have 30 days to exit my home she told the buyers of my home they could move in early having me make a hasty decision to buy another home not the one that was best for me.i'm 100% disabled vet with a 92 yr.old mom who I care for and a single dad of a 9&11 yr.old .due to her incompetence I was forced to purchase a home with 5 government easements on it.her name is Emily Rivera and I wouldn't recommed her to any of my veteran brothers in florida.she waited to the day of closing to disclose said easements!

Dewayne from Mersal Realty also went above and beyond making sure he was available at any given time on short notice sometimes. He provided great detail when looking at homes and gave great feedback and insight on questions we had during the home review process.
