She lied to me about a home that was available and I was supposed to have 30 days to exit my home she told the buyers of my home they could move in early having me make a hasty decision to buy another home not the one that was best for me.i'm 100% disabled vet with a 92 yr.old mom who I care for and a single dad of a 9&11 yr.old .due to her incompetence I was forced to purchase a home with 5 government easements on it.her name is Emily Rivera and I wouldn't recommed her to any of my veteran brothers in florida.she waited to the day of closing to disclose said easements!

Dewayne from Mersal Realty also went above and beyond making sure he was available at any given time on short notice sometimes. He provided great detail when looking at homes and gave great feedback and insight on questions we had during the home review process. I would recommend Dewayne to anyone looking for their future home!

Zack Armstrong maintained a high level of professionalism and ensured finding and purchasing property in another state went smoothly. He worked closely with my loan specialist and was accommodating to the needs specific to purchasing in another state (such as viewing properties on my behalf and sending video recordings).

It's a shame you only go to 10! Mike, Danielle, and Realtor Angelia were absolutely wonderful to work with. They didn't know the word no and they were there for us every moment of every day. Our case was not easy by any stretch of the imagination. We had problem after problem and your team never lost faith in their ability to make this happen. I realize everyone strives for the 10 rating but your team made it look easy. We are so proud and happy with our new home and without the efforts of your team our dream would have been realized.
