Our real estate agent really knew the market we were buying in very well. He had a very nice search engine set to our wants in a home that was really nice to use, it would update everyday by an email link and we could check it 24/7 for any new updates if we didn’t want to wait for the email. He was very professional and timely. The only thing I would’ve liked to see is a little more hands on and run more ideas by us once we started seeing a rapidly changing situation due to Covid19. Again Damien was the one that came up with the ideas and worked to get everyone on board to close the deal early.

We were introduced to Our agent through VU so we assumed she had an understanding of the veterans loan process. This was so far from the truth. Every question that was posed to the agent resulted in a response similar to “you had to check with your lender”. The agent had no knowledge of local contractors to even suggest for repairs to be completed. We had to research and find our own home inspector. We decided that we were able to close early, but due to a lack of communication this information never made it to the seller in a timely fashion. The agent repeatedly told us that we had to do all of the communication with the inspector and the lender and basically side stepped the process until a few days before closing. Overall disappointed with how much work we had to do ourselves throughout the process that I expected the agent to resolve.

Stephanie is very familiar with the Tampa Bay and St Petersburg FL markets. She is also very informative about how the process of home buying goes. I found her also to be a great resource for the things she noticed about the properties we visited. I would highly recommend her to others looking to purchase a home.

I really lucked out in getting assigned Eric Ludvigsen as my real estate agent. He really knows his stuff when it comes to real estate. His knowledge about every step of the process, especially with VA particulars is obvious. He’s also incredibly friendly and made the process of looking for a home fun.
