Cyleste Goodson is patient as well as observant with what styles we liked. She was open to suggestions and would ask questions to help narrow down what we were looking for in our future and forever home. From start to finish she treated you like family. Chase was excellent to work with. Many Skype walkthroughs while I was out of state to ensure I located the property suitable to my needs. A fellow Navy vet, was professional yet fun to talk to. If I were to purchase again, I can only hope it would be with Chase.

So she found use the house. But during the whole building process she told us that she would take pictures every week or every other week. After she told us that she didn't not contact us for a month and I called her. She told us once again that she would send us pictures every week since she drives though the neighborhood every day or every other day. Once again she didn't send us any pictures. I would have to contact her for any information and she didn't contact us again for another month. She only contacted us after my wife asked people on Facebook about the realtor and got negative comments about the realtor. The realtor was upset that someone asked if this is how she treated everyone and others said yes. We never meet Debbie Judge (our realtor) expect on the phone and one video call to walk-through the house. I would not recommend her to any one else.

Doug was an amazing agent. After our difficult time with a previous agent Doug stepped in and went to bat for us right away. He secured our home for us during a bidding war, we couldn't be more appreciative of his efforts.
