I honestly hate to leave a 4 and comments but I think it has to be done. Like I previously mentioned to the Jenn, it was very disappointing that after receiving the absolute best service from Jill in the beginning to Jenn at the end, we get the service from our agent we did. I had initially addressed concerns about the Agent being almost 45min-1hr away from us which then were sent to her for her to directly address with us, very awkward encounter. We then proceeded to ourselves search for all of the homes we viewed, not once did we receive suggestions on listings or homes in the areas we wanted to view. Towards the end of the process we didnt feel any support from our agent, we even went over 2 weeks without speaking while waiting to view a home. Finally 2 days before closing days she mentions how she may have to pick up our keys and dropped them off to us because she has other appointments to get to in a different city closer to where she already works from or that we would have to ourselves go pick up the keys from the sellers agent. She called us the day of closing to say we would have to go pick up the keys from the sellers agent and thank you. We did not see her again after the first time we saw our now home, so about 30 days and until now. The sellers agent was nice enough to have a beautiful card along with a keychain of a home as a gift and congratulations. Our concern was that this is our first home and everyone but the agent made the effort to make that a pleasant and exciting journey, we understand that the whole Covid-19 virus did change things in the market and as far as how agents and clients meet. However we saw multiple agents locally on social media as well as on your own social media accounts going above and beyond to make their clients feel the excitement of buying their first home. Maybe I'm just expectant of the way I like to make my customers but we thought we would share that with you so you can consider moving forward. Please seek other agents in this area for your future clients...I'll even consider getting my license to work for you just to help! Thank you Veterans United

Keith and his wife were awesome, they stood by my side through the entire process. Even after the closing they continued to help me and my family with a big water leak that was hidden by the seller.

James was easy to work with and he made himself available at all times. During the covid-19 pandemic many things where complicated but James made sure we where able to view the houses we where interested in and in the end helped us in finding the right one.
