As first time buyers it's important to have a real estate agent who has experience and the guts to tell you the truth about the process. Michael helped and coached us through multiple offers and how to deal with other sellers/agents. He never go discouraged through the process and would meet us at the property, often arriving early to game plan with us before walking through. He knows what the VA process entails and helped us through the process.

Nicole is an angel! Due to work I was unable to view most of the houses during normal showing hours but she took time off of her weekend and evenings to make sure I was able to see some houses and even called so I can do virtual walkthroughs. Her attitude is extremely professional yet happy so there was no awkward agent/buyer talk. She is invited to the cookout.

Our Real Estate Agent was the seller's agent as well. We learned the hard lesson of having the same realtor as the seller. Our agent did not respond quickly to emails and text messages. Contract related items were not conveyed to the seller even though the seller signed the contract. It seemed as though our agent wasn't as organized as I am.

Mary went above and beyond for us during the home buying process. Driving around all of Kitsap County to look at various properties with us SAFELY (especially during the height of Washington State's COVID19 pandemic), answering all of our questions in a detailed but still easy to understand manner, and resolving issues with the property once we had a place chosen out. She also emphasized the fact that she was on our pace, no matter how fast or slow we wanted to be in looking for a home. Her experience in the field really helped smooth out the bumps on our home buying journey. My wife and I only have great things to say about Mary and give her our highest recommendation.

What can we say? Jeff and Beverly Cave took us under their wings and we cannot say enough about how they helped us understand and navigate the world of home buying. We felt so naïve and inadequate, but they were so kind and relaxed that it became contagious. They were always in the background taking care of things that needed to be done, in the most professional way, but, with a wonderful sense of humor that made us feel like things would be okay....and they were more than okay. We could not have done this without them and we feel so thankful that we had the privilege of having them on our team through this very important time. In the world of the VA loan, they really do know their stuff!!
