Could have helped me negotiate better terms. My first home was a mess when I moved in... Would have been better if I got keys at closing, if previous occupant was out prior to final walk through.

My wife and I had a fantastic experience using Greg as our real estate agent. This was our first home purchase and we went through our entire home buying process from a different state. Greg was very patient with us and probably answered hundreds of our questions. He was always quick to respond to phone calls, texts, and emails, and I appreciated how respectful he was when it came to the six-hour timezone difference. We were six hours behind Virginia time and he made sure not to call us too early in the morning (10am in VA is 4am where we live). He would also take/return our calls even after normal working hours (Thank you, Greg!!). Overall, Greg showed outstanding customer service and I cannot recommend him highly enough. We would definitely use him again!

Sue was awesome! She was my "voice of reasoning." I would pick out what was "pretty" and then she would tell me everything that was wrong with it hahaha. I laugh, but that was actually a good thing. I didn't want to buy something then have to sell my kidney to fix it. I truly believed that she always had MY best interest as her first priority

ABSOLUTELY THE BEST OUT THERE!!
Lauren was not only professional and extremely knowledgeable, but she was also kind and personable. It was like if your best friend took you house shopping, and knew all the ins and outs!
As first time home buyers, she guided us with what would usually be a confusing and stressful process, with ease, complete understanding and open communication. Not only was she available whenever we needed her during the buying process, but she went out of her way to check on us AFTER the sale. Any issues we had with our initial move in she was there to help us, give us guidance and helpful contacts.
I would recommend her to absolutely anyone doing ANYTHING in the housing field.
100/10 recommend.

We went thru a total of 4 realtors. First one was loud and abrasive. The second one only wanted to show us houses on Tuesday evening or weekends. We lost out on 3 potential homes because of him.The third one didn't fight for us when the house under appraised,
the last one we had was Dave Sheppard from Ring realtor. He was also amazing, he was in it to win it for us!!!!!! I was always updating us with every step of the process.I would work with Dave and Matt again if or when we decide to refi and more move again.
