Chrissy Musgrave was the real estate agent assigned to our account. Although we never got to meet in person, she was available anytime of the day or night. I first “met” Michelle over the phone. Her charm, candor, and whit were immediately apparent. I was newly single, a single mother, with little to no experience buying a home. Michelle was literally a godsend. Immediately, her faith was apparent. I’ve hardly met a more faithful woman, and I believe it is her faith that makes her so successful at what she does. It’s easy to trust Michelle because she’s straightforward. She tells it exactly like it is, which is how I communicate as well, so we hit it off immediately. This woman is a force of nature. She’s literally the kind of woman that when her feet hit the floor in the morning, the devil sweats. I have called her a bulldog more than once in this process. She’s extremely knowledgeable about the entire Ozarks area, and she’s not afraid to boogy. Sometimes we’d hit three houses before noon, even houses that were hours out of the way. Michelle is extremely responsive and loves what she does. She was an absolute joy to work with and remains a dear friend. I can’t remember who would text who first in the morning because we talked that often. I literally didn’t have to think. The only thing I had to do was pick out houses. Michelle has her hands in a lot of fires—she’s a realtor, a buyer’s agent, and an insurance agent all in one. Literally the complete package. I never once, not ever, felt pressured to use her services in each area. In fact, she encouraged and assisted me in price-checking with other entities. And I still went with her. She’s just the best. She’s a real G and has been in the game since I was in diapers, but I’ll tell you, I got tired before she did. She’s a tireless worker. If you have the honor to work with Michelle, please tell this woman to rest on a Sunday! Over the relatively short time that I’ve known her, our professional relationship quickly grew from associates to friends, and now I consider her family. She probably considers me the blacksheep step cousin, but that’s a different story! I’m kidding, she loves me. There is never a dull moment with her. Just sit back and watch her work. From her hilarious stories to her unparalleled business acumen, you’ll be happy to know the name Michelle Vivero. If she makes a mistake, she immediately assumes responsibility and does whatever it takes to amend it. The entire buying process I felt safe, happy, and secure in her more-than-capable hands. I was so well represented. She went above and beyond her station multiple times. I had a particularly blue day—she bought me breakfast. I was interested in a gorgeous house in the wrong part of town—she let me whine about it. Speaking of wine, she put together the most adorable closing gift for me complete with a personal note in her own handwriting. Her attention to detail and the love and passion she pours into every action completely melted my heart. People like Michelle are few and far between in this life. You’re lucky if you meet them, luckier if you get to work with them, and luckiest still if you get a chance to love them. And you will love working with Michelle. I’m a Veteran and she was an expert with the process of VA home loans, inspections, and appraisals. I know more about the buying and selling process than a civilian has any right to know. I can’t tell an insurance claim from a hole in the ground, and this absolute saint of a woman sat on an hour-long call explaining every facet of insurance to me, every billable item and what all the mumbo jumbo meant. She made sure I understood it with all the patience and care of a best friend. And she liked it! Michelle has bad days, but you wouldn’t know it. She always shows up fresh with a smile and, rona allowing, a warm hug (even if it’s only a virtual hug.) She’s hands-down the best realtor in the game. She’ll hit you with the hot sheet first thing on a Monday morning and have a contract ready to sign within an hour of falling in love with a property. I don’t know when this woman sleeps I really don’t. I have nothing but positive things to say about this beautiful person. She has earned my highest professional recommendation. I’m writing this from the comfort of my dream home, sipping on the Moscato she bought for me, happy tears sparkling on my eyelashes. The independence she afforded me. You changed my life forever, Michelle.

My Realtor with REMAX Evelyn Gilis made my final journey outstanding. I had to go through to other realtor and there was no bonding at all. I was very disappointed. However, after a month dealing with the other two realtors, I told Bill Musick about this issue, he immediately assigned me Evelyn Gilis. She immediately turn my whole journey and disappointment around. She assisted me 110%, providing me her attention especially through covid-19. She willingly took her time and made sure to each house we look at helpIng me inspect it and if it was to my liking. Answered all my questions until finally Jun 9th closing day was here. Wow, I couldn’t have imagine having anyone else. Thank you for having her as part of one of your selectee and I would highly recommend her for future realtor assignment with Veteran United.
