Didn’t even contact me after I found the house I wanted. Didn’t return text messages, just handed me over to other team members. Kim always referred to me by “sweetie” or “hun” which was extremely demeaning to me due to my young age. I would not recommend that team again, they got things done but not very professional. Also pressured me to turn electricity on while I was not living in the home, pressured to close so the seller didn’t have to pay another months mortgage. Please don’t refer any more veterans to them.
