Our real estate agent, David M. (Mike) Greenlee at Old Fences Realty was terrible. We ended up communicating with and closing the house with the sellers agent, Jennifer Board-Nichols and Board-DePue Realty. She assisted us and communicated anything we needed.

Steve from Compass is amazing. My husband and I were a bit hesitant getting a Realtor we didn’t know personally, but those thoughts quickly disappeared after meeting Steve. My husband asks tons of questions and he didn’t hesitate answering any of them! He’s quick to respond and very, very easy to talk to.

He was not a good real estate agent. He has been doing it for a while but rarely kept me informed. I would not recommend him the only reason he got a 3 is because he was my agent. HORRIBLE JOB! If it was not for Veteran United I would have been lost and frustrated.
