We were paired with two real estate agents during our home buying experience. The first didn't sent us listings for home 2 hours away from where we wanted and those that were only an hour away were HOA, which we explicitly said we wanted to avoid.
The second real estate agent was located in the area we were looking to buy in. She was friendly, easy to reach, and accommodating when we requested to have family members attend showings in our stead.
