I had the absolute pleasure of working with Mrs. Pursell in this experience. It made me more prepared to actually purchase the house and in what I should be planning for in owning a house as well. Karina was absolutely horrible. She made the experience extremely stressful and was very unprofessional and rude. When we expressed our concerns about being able to obtain affordable homeowners insurance, she threw legal jargon in our faces and basically told us we would be sued and that we would have to pay for her commission. We reached out to her boss and requested not to work with her anymore. I do not recommend anybody.
