Ronda was very responsive. I felt like she was really on top of things. She also was quick to respond and update me to any updates and task I needed to complete and even went out of her way to tell me how I needed to do specific things. She never tried to pressure me into doing anything and took the time out to explain why I had to complete specific forms and what they all ment. When I picked homes she would visit the homes for me and Video conference call me while I was in California for walk through purposes. She was perfect in my opinion.

Rich Steffen was absolutely fantastic and we could not have been happier with our experience with him. He has 20 years of house flipping and construction under his belt, which really helped enhance our decision making and he was able to give us advice with a more discerning eye in that regard.
