Our agent was kind, but didn’t give us the information up front. We had to ask all the questions and got different answers. It eventually came together, just felt it shouldn’t have been that hard on that end.

I cannot say enough good things about Michelle Foster. She is extremely well organized and actually took the time to educate me about the local real estate market and laws/regulations before we started. I then continued to value her expert advice throughout my very long and thorough home search. At the same time, she is flexible and understood what I was looking for and didn't try to push me into looking at homes or locations that I was not interested in. Moreover, she is such a pleasure to be with when viewing homes and talking to sales agents. And even after closing she continues to look after my interests.

Mary Peak Mills and Terri Ashe were amazing! They are a great team! They're very professional and yet have a personal touch that makes you feel like you've been friends forever! They help out and step up when scheduling conflicts arise and will work their schedule around you if you are from out of town or have a tight timeframe to work within. They both put their whole heart into finding the best house for you.

The only reason not rating then as a 10 is that they were somewhat slow in their reply to text,email, and phone calls. On the plus sid, they were out of country week prior to closing and did make arrange to be be able to reply via email and text.
