Clarity of responsibility and knowledge of systems was good but could have been better. I.E. explication of when the person who sold us the house was due out. Little print that we did not see. But to his side the seller made promises he did not keep.

Steve was great to work with. He was always able to set up the viewings we requested, and made this experience very comfortable for us. There were times where we as first time home buyers were expecting a little more guidance on what we should be looking for or doing, but overall we really appreciated having Steve with us throughout the process.

My initial concern was glossed overby current owner and Shirley Plumlee. an aprox 40 foot exposed ditch coming from a septic tank
When I asked SP if appraiser could look at my concern, she suggested let the appraiser find my concern. SP told me The appraiser did not call it out.
Then she said .I and the current owner can pay someone to do it
The current owner did not do it for 2 years
The Seller REA, Chris Parks, came to the rescue. coordinated a person to fix my concern.
Funds came from his pocket. Chris Parks, REA, works to make it right.
He has integrity. I would like to work with him in the future and I think VU should consider him to do the same.

Bryan and Kayla did an awesome job! From educating us about real estate agents, finding a home that suited our needs, and researching home values. They worked tirelessly to negotiate prices and repairs that needed to be done. Would definitely want them as our real estate agents in our future real estate ventures!

From first day I met Paul to discuss my criteria, I knew right there he was right-fit that Veterans United had given me. He guided me through the search. We had seen many houses and whenever I diverted away from my criteria, he politely reminded me of those criteria. Paul does not sugar-coated things to make me happy. He advised me on the house that would be good to me financially in a future. Finally, he helped me close on a house I love the first day I saw it.

Julie is a special kind of person her personality fits her job, sometimes things don't happen fast enough for her and she is use to selling and closing on houses at the speed of light. In our case we were buying our home just before Christmas and New Year Holidays and questioned if the closing date was realistic it would of been a little smoother if our closing date would of been at the end of January instead of the middle however, I recommend her to anyone to be their realtor.
