Bobby Archuleta was our real estate agent and him and his team performed at a satisfactory level. He was quick to return my calls and was very knowledgeable when it came to answering my questions.The only gripe I have was his style of showing houses. The market was peaking and Bobby would multi task in the kitchen while my wife and I browsed the homes by ourselves. I understand that this is an agent preference to not seem pushy but with this being our first home purchase I would have appreciated him touring the home with us and maybe pointing out things we didn't know to look for.Overall we were happy but there is always room for improvement.

Great person, we found the house before she did by accident going down the wrong road. Feel like we did a lot of the up front leg work. Communication was a little slow at times. Was rushed to do our end of paperwork, online things then towards the end we felt she was slow to help us get stuff done. Didn't feel a connection like she really was there to help us. First walk thru she followed us and didn't show the house. Very nice person though. Her phone seemed to be more important then talking to us.

My real estate agent Stephanie Moore was awesome she was very responsive to my emails, text, calls, questions and most all very loyal and honest to me her client. When it came down to the wire for closing and the job on house was not ready she said something to the builder and around 25 persons show up to fix all of the house discrepancies. That day I managed to close on time.
