I expected more from my agent being that this was our first purchase. It was a rough experience. I felt in the beginning I was more interested infinding my family a home and doing more work than my agent. Speaking with other military personnel I think I missed out on some opportunities that are out there for us, that should've been communicated to me from my agent. Definitely thought the experience should've been a little smoother.

Janice was a great real estate agent. She took video footage of all the homes we were interested in so that we could feel like we were walking the places with her (we’re military and had to do the home buying process from afar).

Gave very few details in regards to houses. We were buying sight unseen and, after requesting more information about the house, would only send two or three pictures. Gave little advice on how to structure offers. Dismissed our concerns about purchasing quickly even though we were on a tight deadline. Would give far more details to male spouse versus female, even though most communication happened through the female spouse.
